Friday, March 23, 2018. A few weeks back the mesquite trees started to bud here in Texas. My father-in-law told me that this is a sure-fire way of knowing spring is on its way. Next came the bluebonnets, so I knew it was time to start the garden. After my sweet husband tilled up the soil to perfection, it was now my part. I had to plant the seeds.
